Our Services
We provide repair and maintenance services for AC units, refrigerators, geysers, ovens and cooking ranges, deep freezers, water dispensers, and washing machines, across all major brands, at homes and businesses in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Quotes and Pricing
Any price given over the phone or on WhatsApp before a technician inspects your appliance is a rough estimate based on the information you describe. The final price is confirmed with you after inspection and before any repair work begins. You are never charged for work you have not agreed to.
Scheduling and Access
We aim to arrive within the time window agreed when you book. Please ensure someone is available at the property, and that the appliance is accessible, at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
Parts and Warranty
Where a part needs replacing, we will explain this to you before fitting it. Warranty terms on parts and labour, where applicable, are explained and agreed with you at the time of service, since they can vary depending on the appliance, brand, and the part used.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the agreed work unless another arrangement has been made with you in advance.
Limitation of Liability
We take care to carry out repairs to a professional standard. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage caused by prior repairs by others, or issues arising from misuse of the appliance after our visit, and our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge if you let us know with reasonable notice before the scheduled visit.
